Can I try on your sunglasses in person?

While we don't have a physical storefront, we occasionally attend local markets in Auckland. Please follow us on our social media channels to stay updated on our latest events and market appearances. We'd love to meet you and help you find the perfect pair of sunglasses!

What materials are used in your sunglasses?
Where stated, certain styles feature polarized lenses, UV400, or anti-UV protection  as described by the supplier. Other specific material details like crystal types or place of origin will be listed in each product description.

Are these sunglasses branded?

At this stage, our sunglasses don't carry a label. As a small New Zealand business in its early stages, we focus on hand-assembling each pair with care and passion. While we may not yet have widespread recognition, we take pride in creating unique, thoughtfully crafted pieces that reflect our dedication to quality and individuality. Your support helps us grow and continue bringing these special sunglasses to life.

How should I clean my sunglasses?
Use a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner specifically designed for eyewear. Avoid using paper towels or clothing, as they can scratch the lenses.

How should I store my sunglasses?
Always store your sunglasses in a protective case when not in use. Avoid leaving them in hot environments, such as inside a car, as extreme temperatures can warp the frames. Store them in a cool, dry place to prevent damage. Please keep the crystals separated from the lens in the mini bag provided.

Can you do this to my prescription lenses?
Possibly! Please send us an email, and let's chat about your existing prescription frames compatibility.

When will I receive my order?
All sunglasses are hand-assembled in Auckland, NZ. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order.

Once shipped:

• NZ orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days.

• You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but we're working on shipping to Australia. Stay tuned!

What's your return policy?
We have a standard 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure you pack them in their original packaging or well protected to keep the lens and crystal safe.

Do you offer a warranty/guarantee?
While normal wear and tear isn’t covered, if your glasses break or if something happens that we can fix, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us via email and explain the issue. Once we have agreed and confirmed a solution, please send your glasses to us with well packaged, and we’ll repair or replace them and ship them back to you with complimentary shipping.
